Seth Laxminarayan is married to both Gowri and Saraswati. Gowri gives birth to a dughter, Anita whereas Saraswati gives birth to a son, Muthhu. Gowri is against the second marriage and wants Saraswati removed from Laxminarayan’s life. Manager Durjan kills Saraswati and burns the house down. An orphaned Muthhu grows up to become a petty criminal. While in jail he has an altercation with Vijay and the two become enemies. Will Muthhu seek vengance for his mother and find out his true identity?
